SERENA OUTLET reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, payment issues, or errors in pricing or product information.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept secure payment methods provided by our authorized payment partners. SERENA OUTLET does not store customers’ payment details.

5. Delivery

SERENA OUTLET offers the following delivery methods:

  • Standard Delivery (5–6 business days) – Free

  • Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – £4.99

  • Pick-Up Point Delivery (3–5 business days) – £2.99

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by SERENA OUTLET.

8. Liability

SERENA OUTLET shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of products purchased on the website, to the extent permitted by law.
